Pet Policy:

In order to remain open to dogs, we ask that:

• Dogs be leashed when outside.

• You pick up after your dog; plastic bags are available for this purpose.

• For the safety and comfort of other dogs and their humans, nuisance barking, or aggressive canine behavior is not permissible.

Pond Policy:

• There is no lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk.

• For the comfort and safety of all guests:

  • No alcohol or glass containers are allowed in or around the pond.

  • No pets in pond.

  • Clothing is required.

  • No unsupervised children permitted in pond.

  • If you appear intoxicated, you will be turned away. No exceptions.

We will temporarily close the pond during severe weather. Sorry, but we cannot issue weather-related refunds.

Cancellation Policy:  

Peak Season - March 1 - Oct. 1:  We require a two week notification of cancellation. Reservations made less than two weeks in advance require one week notice for cancellation. Cancellations made within one week of a reservation will be charged the full amount of the reservation, or the amount for those days of the reservation that fall outside of the cancellation period.

Off-peak season - Oct 1 - March 1: We require a one week notification of cancellation. Reservations made less than one week in advance require 48 hours notice for cancellation. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a reservation will be charged the full amount.

If we can fill your cabin or RV site for the dates of your reservation, you will not be charged for late cancellation.

Weather in Harney County can be severe, and unpredictable. We cannot waive our cancellation policy for weather-related purposes.
